We have 70 teams entered in this year’s event, including 6 junior teams.
Please check in 1 hour prior to your scheduled playing time.
Memberships, name shirts and footwear will be checked.

This year to speed up registration and avoid everyone swarming one table to sign in we are having 4 tables.
# 1 table will check memberships
# 2 table will check for proper name shirts and footwear. NO open toed shoes allowed.
# 3 table will check to see that both players have signed the liability release on your entry form
# 4 table will hand out your round robin sheets
At tables # 1, 2, & 3 you will receive a stamp. After you and your partner both have 3 stamps you proceed to table # 4 and pick up your round robin sheets together.
We ask for your co-operation and hope to have an organized line formed at all tables to avoid confusion for you the player and us the organizers/volunteers.

Judges and Scorekeepers are needed for all shifts –please help us out.
All players (except juniors) must pay the scorekeeper $1.00 per game before the game starts.
Your Scorekeeper will tell you what end the play will start at.
Please remember your horseshoe etiquette and make this the “best ever”Ontario Doubles Tournament.
